Add More Nutrients To Your Diet

These nutrients are found in legumes, peas, green leafy vegetables, oranges, sprouts, curd, buttermilk, soya, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. Hot Oil Massage

It is a great technique to prevent the fall. Hot oil massage conditions the hair and it improves the blood circulation to every strand of hair cells. Amla

Amla is a powerful tonic which plays a beneficial role in the hair growth. It is the richest source of vitamin-C which is helpful for iron absorption in the body. For hair, you can drink daily 2 teaspoons of Amla juice or you can massage your hair with Amla juice. Also, you can combine the powder of dry Amla with water to form a paste and apply the paste to your hair as a mask. Let the paste remain on your hair for at least 30 minutes and then rinse it off with water.

Henna

Henna is generally used for coloring. But there are several benefits of henna such as it has antibacterial, antimicrobial, and astringent properties, which prevent excess oil on the scalp. The excess oil makes scalp prone to microbial growth which may result in dandruff formation. It also maintains the pH of the scalp. Mix the henna powder with water, for better results you can add 2 spoons of Amla juice or dry Amla powder and let it remain for a few hours. Then apply the paste to the hair and leave in for a couple of hours. Then wash it off with cool water.
